Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love how you feel in your fit.
While we don’t offer refunds, we’re happy to exchange your item for a different size if it’s not quite right.
Here's how it works:
1. Check eligibility
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange. Items must be:
-Unworn and unwashed
-In original condition with tags attached
-Free of makeup, deodorant marks, or any scent
2. Submit your exchange request
Email us at aerafitapparel@gmail.com with:
-Your order number
-The item you'd like to exchange
-The size you’d like instead
3. Ship it back
Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Please note:
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
-We’ll cover the cost to ship your new size to you
4. We’ll send your new fit
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship your new size out and send you a tracking number.
